Shortly after we acquired, Ivy secured Chase Manhattan Corp Headquarters for 140,000 sf. In addition, Ivy leased additional space to Microsoft and IBM. Within 2 years, Ivy created a multi-tenant with superior credit assets. 194 Wood Avenue was part of a $150,000 million acquisition of the Prudential Metro Park Campus.
