This is a single story light manufacturing facility fully occupied by the Snapple division of Mott’s.

Nearly 70% of the worlds Snapple beverages originate from this manufacturing and bottling plant.

Ivy is working closely with Snapple to conjoin 1200 Milik with its sister building, 800 Milik, to increase the throughput and efficiency between the manufacturing and storage facilities.

This construction project will decrease truck traffic along Milik Street and significantly reduce noise pollution affecting the neighboring residents.
