Solix Inc. leased Lanidex Center West in Parsippany, NJ. The office building will serve as the process outsourcing firm's new corporate headquarters.

The three-story, 56,230-square-foot office building at 30 Lanidex Plaza W. was built in 1987 in the Ivy Corporate Park at Parsippany. It sits on 5.68 acres and is equipped with a courtyard, restaurant and on-site Management.

Susan M. Mason of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Ivy Realty Services LLC, while Peter Hamburger and Robert Rudin of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented the tenant.
