Ms. Metzger began her career with Ivy Realty in 2019 and currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management. She is responsible for overseeing a group of complex multi-family assets in the Philadelphia area. She leads this portfolio’s investment strategy by executing on capital improvement projects, implementing product improvement plans and asset re-branding, enhancing efficiencies, and deepening relationships across capital partners.

Prior to joining Ivy, Ms. Metzger spent thirteen years with Home Properties where she served as Area Vice President and was responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of her portfolio, encompassing thirty-two multi-family sites with over 10,000 apartments.

Ms. Metzger received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance from Susquehanna University, and her Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales License in 2002.
