Mr. Rosenbaum is Vice President of Investments for Ivy Realty, and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing new acquisitions.  Active in commercial real estate since 1998, Mr. Rosenbaum has underwritten and closed over $1.25 billion of office, multi-family and industrial acquisitions for such firms as SL Green, KBS Realty Advisors and CIT.   From 2003 – 2007 he successfully launched an entrepreneurial development venture in New York City that pioneered the luxury, market rate condominium market in upper Manhattan.  Mr. Rosenbaum has also worked as a commercial real estate consultant, retained to provide acquisition and financial advisory services to a range of companies including U-Store-It Realty Trust, Zeckendorf Development, and Fieldstone Advisors.

Mr. Rosenbaum holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
