Executive Vice President of Asset Management
Mr. Nenner is the Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Ivy Realty and is directly responsible for the financial and operating performance of its portfolio.
Prior to joining Ivy, Mr. Nenner was a Senior Portfolio Manager for the CBRE Asset Services practice in Saddle Brook, NJ, where he oversaw the management, operation and integration of the RREEF New Jersey portfolio into the CBRE platform.
From 2005 to 2009 Mr. Nenner was Vice President, District Manager for RREEF/Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Hackensack, NJ where he had chief leadership responsibility for the leasing and asset management of an 8 million square foot New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware office and industrial portfolio. In this capacity, Mr. Nenner was credited with growing RREEF's operation and presence and establishing it as a key market player. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Nenner was Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle's Corporate Solutions practice where he provided transaction, valuation and advisory services for institutional clientele.
Mr. Nenner received a Bachelor’s Degree in from Babson College and an MS in Real Estate from Columbia University.
