Executive Vice President of Property Management
Nathan J. Laskiewicz, CPM, RPA is the Executive Vice President - Property Management for Ivy Realty and is responsible for all property management functions. Mr. Laskiewicz has nearly 30 years of commercial and residential property management experience providing a full range of services including operational budgeting, implementation of capital improvements, long range planning, tenant/resident relations, contractor negotiations, preventive maintenance programs and comprehensive safety training programs.Mr. Laskiewicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany. He holds the credentials of RPA (Real Property Administration) from the Building Owners and Managers Association and CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York.
Mr. Laskiewicz was the Past President of the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association; was Vice President of the Albany chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and past member of the Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce. His community activities included Board positions with the Albany YMCA, Capital District Community Gardens, and assisted on projects with Habitat for Humanity.
