Vice President of Construction
Mr. Cordasco is the Vice President of Construction for Ivy Realty and is responsible for all of its tenant improvements and capital construction projects. This role is to serve Ivy Realty’s clients and tenants by providing superior construction project execution through all phases of the construction process. This includes oversight of the conceptual design and budgeting of planned projects, purchasing, construction administration and closeout of projects on demanding schedules. Mr. Cordasco has extensive experience in design supervision of architectural and engineering firms, purchasing and project administration, both on self performed projects and management of third party contractors.
Mr. Cordasco has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Ivy, Mr. Cordasco was managing partner of a construction company focused on the residential market in northern New Jersey. Mr. Cordasco has additional experience managing facilities and construction for fortune 500 companies. His experience has led to the extensive residential and commercial construction management experience focused on client relations and contractor negotiations.
