Anthony P. DiTommaso, Jr. is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ivy Realty, a company co-founded in 1996 with the goal of acquiring commercial real estate throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. DiTommaso has more than 25 years experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment and is responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing as well as Ivy’s overall asset management operations.
Since its inception, Ivy has built a solid reputation as one of the finest real estate operators in the tri-state market, having acquired more than $1.5 billion in assets. Today, Ivy Realty is a full service real estate company offering asset management, property management, accounting, construction and leasing services throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland and southeast Florida.
Mr. DiTommaso is a member of the Newark Real Estate Board, NAIOP serving as a trustee for their department of public affairs, the Board of Visitors for the Seton Hall Law School, and the Board of Governors for the Princeton Club of New York.
Mr. DiTommaso received a Bachelor Degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.
