Anthony P. DiTommaso, Jr. is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ivy Realty, a company co-founded in 1996 with the goal of acquiring commercial real estate throughout the northeastern United States.  Mr. DiTommaso has more than 20 years experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment and is responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing as well as Ivy’s overall asset management operations.

Since its inception, Ivy has built a solid reputation as one of the finest real estate operators in the tri-state market, having acquired more than $1.4 billion in assets.  Today, Ivy Realty is a full service real estate company offering asset management, property management, accounting, construction and leasing services.  Mr. DiTommaso is also a co-founder and member of Ivy Capital Partners, LLC that serves as the general partner for Ivy Healthcare Capital, a private equity firm.

Mr. DiTommaso is a member of the Board of Visitors for the Seton Hall Law School, Valley Hospital Foundation, a member of the Board of Governors for the Princeton Club of New York, and the Newark Real Estate Board.

Mr. DiTommaso received a Bachelor Degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.
