November 2010 Ivy’s Hauppauge NY location- Tenant Luncheon & Food Drive: Ivy had their Tenant Appreciation Event & extended the opportunity for all to give back by working once again with Lighthouse Missions, Inc. www.lighthousemission.net by means of a Food Drive. The tenants had a fantastic time and were so helpful in gathering the needed goods to assist with this charity event-especially the extra requested goods needed for Thanksgiving meals! While everyone mingled, had fun, and enjoyed great refreshments, they were able to extend themselves to those less fortunate. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to continue to enjoy & appreciate our tenants and partner with them in helping our local community!

November 2010, Ivy’s Lanidex Plaza: On Thursday November 4th,Lanidex Plaza had the 1st Semi Annual Blood Drive. The Community Blood Services of NJ was thrilled with the result as we harvested 24 units of blood for the blood bank, see the attached letter.
Fall 2010 Ivy’s Hauppauge NY location: Ivy has partnered with the Islandia Farmers Market for a month long once weekly onsite market & fundraiser. This event was such a hit with the tenants with a fantastic selection of the fresh fruits & vegetables, jams, homemade breads & pies to order, and flowers! This not only helps the charity but is also helping a local farming business. 10% of the sales are being donated to Have A Heart. Please see a portion of the email from the Farmer’s Market: We just wanted to say thanks for giving us the opportunity to do business at your building. September 2010: Ivy’s Parsippany location has once again celebrated in style! This Boardwalk themed tenant appreciation event was filled with a great menu offering such treats as cheese steaks, sausage & peppers, a variety of subs, nachos & cheese. For dessert...funnel cakes, watermelon and Italian ice, of course! The décor was complete with beach balls, etc.! The following door prizes were won: Large - $100.00 Tabor Road Tavern Gift Certificate, Medium – Bean Bag Toss Game, Small – Ladderball Game. Fun was had by all! Holiday 2009: Ivy’s Parsippany Offices sponsored a Holiday Gift Drive benefiting Jersey Battered Women’s Service, Inc. (JBWS). This drive allowed women and children to shop for one another “free of charge” for the holidays. Please see the attached thank you letter.
August 2009: Ivy’s Parsippany Location celebrated gratitude for their tenants in style with a Tenant Appreciation Festival. Fun fall decorations fill the grounds and fantastic food was abundant.

Fall 2008: Ivy’s Corporate Office Octoberfest.
In October 2008 Ivy’s Corporate Office in Montvale NJ held a fundraising tenant event. Themed as Octoberfest, the celebratory colors were black, orange and pink... why pink?... for Breast Cancer Awareness month. This event was filled with fresh baked apple and pumpkin pies whole or by the slice, cider, donuts, other delicious goodies, as well as mini pumpkins and awareness bracelets for sale. Through this event we were able to raise $175 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, www.nationalbreastcancer.org, see the attached letters. We’d like to once again thank our tenants for participating and DePiero’s farm for their help and donations.

September 2008: Teamwork Foundation, Inc & The New York Gauchos.
Ivy’s corporate office in Montvale NJ, along with our tenant Adecco USA, www.adecco.com, have donated computer monitors, keyboards, etc. to this fantastic foundation. Thank you Adecco! Teamwork foundation is located in the Bronx, NY and has been providing after-school tutoring and summer basketball programs to inner city boys and girls for over 40 years! To date, the program has involved over 10,000 young people, thousands of whom have gone through the entire program. Nearly 80% of graduates have received at least one full year of college tuition, free... a success rate unequaled by any other program involving inner city youth. Over 100 of their alumni have gone on to play in Division 1 colleges and in the NBA! Just to name a few John Salley, Kenny Anderson, Mark Jackson and Stephon Marbury are among those who have played for the New York Gauchos! In the last ten years alone, Gauchos players have received over 200 total college years tuition. A total value of over $6 million dollars! The Gauchos program has literally given thousands of underprivileged kids an opportunity they would otherwise not have had...the chance to share in the American dream through a college education. Ivy’s Corporate Office in Montvale, NJ celebrated their Tenant Appreciation Luncheon in August 2008. At this event, we partnered with tenants asking for their help in supporting our local communities. Together we joined with People to People of Rockland County and worked with their list of needed items. The donations of food pantry items, computers, monetary contributions and school supplies were overwhelming!
